PROOF OF CONCEPT · MONTREAL · EST. 2026
Paid ads that
prove themselves.
15 minutes is enough to see if this fits.
THE RECORD
I’ve done this before.
I spent over three years building and running the marketing for a Montreal-based insurance broker. The first year was me building it from scratch. The numbers below are the two years after that.
AD BUDGET
$229K → $286K
Trusted to manage over half a million in ad spend across two years — paid social, Google, and traditional.
PAID SOCIAL
38M+ impressions
11M+ people reached in a year, nearly double the year before.
TRACKED INBOUND LEADS
+31% YoY
Program-level growth in leads the business could actually count.
MEASUREMENT
Built in-house
The tracking that showed what the marketing was actually doing. Real numbers, not a vanity dashboard.
Before marketing, I was a licensed broker myself. I came up inside a service business, so I know how the sale works from the floor.
THE SYSTEM
One person, the whole system — creative through conversion.
THE METHOD
Every engagement runs like a proof.
HYPOTHESIS → TEST → EVIDENCE
DAYS 1–30 · □
The build
Tracking and conversion setup before anything runs. Account structure, initial creative batch, launch. You can’t prove what you can’t measure.
DAYS 31–60
The test
Campaigns live and learning. Creative tested against creative, audiences against audiences. What’s winning gets fed; what isn’t gets cut.
DAYS 61–90 · ∎
The evidence
Real numbers on the table: leads in, spend out, what each channel did. You decide from there with data, not a sales pitch.
The first 90 days are the proof of concept.
THE NETWORK
I don’t claim to do everything myself.
You deal with one person: the one doing the work. When something sits outside my lane, I bring in people I’ve already worked with and coordinate it — with no markup.
Video + photo production
Working relationships with production teams for shoots that need more than a phone.
Traditional media buying
Radio, TV, and streaming inventory — bought and managed it myself, reps retained.
Web development
When the landing page is the bottleneck, I have the people who fix it.
Coordination included
Vendors quote you directly. I propose, you approve, I run it. Nothing resold.
The accountability of one person. The reach of a team.
THE TERMS
Nothing here is a surprise later.
Every engagement has terms. Here are mine, before you ask.
What you can hold me to
I report what can actually be measured, and I’m honest about what can’t. No vanity dashboards, no random metrics.
Your advertising budget stays on your own account, paid directly to the platforms. It’s not part of the retainer and never runs through me.
What’s included, what isn’t, and where the caps sit — all on paper before we start. Anything above the cap gets quoted first.
What I won’t promise
A lead number. Your offer, pricing, and follow-up close the deal — not me. Anyone guaranteeing a volume is guessing with your budget.
A cost per lead. Not before the data exists. Especially not on social, where attribution is never as clean as agencies pretend.
Community management, email marketing, or web design. When you need those, I know who does — and they’ll quote you directly, not through me.
Q.E.D.
Proven, not promised.
Fifteen minutes is enough to see if this fits. No deck, no pitch — you tell me what you’re trying to achieve and I’ll tell you whether I can help.
