This policy explains how Proof of Concept collects, uses and protects personal information through proofofconcpt.com. Proof of Concept is operated by November's Finest Inc. / Le Meilleur de Novembre Inc., based in Quebec.

What we collect and why
From the contact form: your first name, last name, email address, company and message. We use these to read and reply to your inquiry and keep a record of our conversation.
From analytics cookies, only if you accept them: pages visited, time on the site, traffic source, general location, device and browser details, and interactions like scrolls and outbound clicks. We use these to understand how people use the site and improve it.
We collect this information from you directly or, with your consent, through cookies and similar technologies. Please don't include sensitive information in your message.

By sending the contact form, you consent to us using your information to reply to you. Analytics cookies stay off unless you click Accept in the cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You can also ask us to stop using your contact information.
Cookies
We use necessary browser storage to keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site activity.
If you reject analytics, Google Analytics won't set analytics cookies. Google may still receive limited cookieless signals, such as the fact that a page loaded and your consent choice.
We don't use advertising cookies or sell your personal information.
Who receives your information
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site:
• Framer hosts the site and processes contact form submissions.
• Google provides Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Where your information goes
These providers may store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Privacy laws in those places may differ from Quebec's.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and related emails only as long as we need them to respond to you, manage our relationship with you and meet our legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize them. In Google Analytics, event data is kept for 2 months and user data for 14 months. The 14-month period restarts when a visitor returns to the site. We may keep information longer when the law requires it.
How we protect it
We limit access to the people who need it and use the security and access controls available in the services we use. No website or online service can guarantee complete security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
• Give you access to your personal information
• Correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your information or stop using or sharing it
• Tell you how we collected and use it
• Provide information you gave us in a structured, commonly used technology format
• Withdraw your consent
